We came to dinner at this address because very interested in the proposed concept and in accordance with our values. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. No sharing took place during our dinner no passage in the Cheffe's room, a warm welcome, a map where we don't know what the entrance dish, no exchange, no explanation about the origin of the ingredients... The dinner was very good but not up to the proposed rates. No surprises at the gustative level. The dishes are just but are not waouh. Finally, at the time of paying the bill, we are charged a water carafe 4€50, with a landlord who just takes our card, leaves and does not say goodbye, leaving the care to his employee to cash us. First Ruche experience with the tasting menu. The decoration of the room and tables is very pleasant. But the strong point is really the combination of flavors and the presentation of different dishes. There is a great research in the harmony of tastes with non-current and quality products. A special mention for entry bites, bone dish and quince dessert, a pure wonder. The bread and butter are homemade and the menu is also high. An address to be recommended without hesitation.

Promising discovery of this lovely restaurant. Home atmosphere, original card full of different tastes. The presentation of the dishes is superb. The wine list is also original and full of surprises. The prices are high, but we're not disappointed. And the Chef comes to exchange with you at the end of the meal very simply. A beautiful table and a beautiful place that must be known and recognized.

We just had lunch at La Ruche. Very nice and good dishes. Beautiful setting in nature. But: the hemosphere less relaxed than expected and the service really slow/long for the menu in 5 times. In addition, it was necessary to ask the essentials several times (painting, water... . No attention. And unfortunately: very good wine but bitter coffee... Too bad it's perfect... We had a good time! There is a true identity, which passes from the decoration, the art of the table, to the contents of the plates. The associations of flavors are full of curiosities and surprises.
