Rudy 's Country Store And -b-q

We ate at Rudy’s to celebrate my son’s birthday with his family and our grandsons who were visiting from the Midwest. Our party was four adults and four children age 9 and younger. We were greeted immediately and, once we shared it was our first time, a host walked us through the menu and personally showed us around so we knew the drill (pull the paper for place mats, finding condiments, etc. . We all ordered something different for our main dish (brisket, baby back ribs, smoked turkey, half chicken, jalapeño cheddar sausage and prime rib , along with several sides (potato salad, beans, coleslaw, creamed corn every.single.thing was delicious! Coming from Kansas City, the real BBQ capital of the world, I was really impressed with Rudy's. We ordered ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeño sausage, and multiple sides. Everything we ordered was flavourful, juicy and tender, sides were good. The banana pudding is a must. Bought a bottle of sauce to take home. Would definitely go back before I go back to KC.

It's Rudy's come on now what could you really say bad about this place? BBQ so good it will make you slap your mamma! Service is superb as well. There is always a line out the door but the staff seems to make the line move efficiently. Only 4 stars on their atmosphere because well honestly I feel more could be done there. Bands on the weekends Rudy?

We got a smattering of 1/2 pound meats. It was fantastic. I can't recommend the wet brisket or turkey enough. They were busy but moved the line right along. Tons of seating everywhere. Overall an excellent experience. Parking: Tons of parking! Reserva una mesa ahora

When you miss Texas barbecue and nothing else will do, there is a Rudy’s somewhere waiting for You!! Cali doesn’t have any so we visited Colorado Springs for 1000th episode of Adventures in Odyssey, happy to find this nearby!!??

Ive been here bfr , Food is amazing but if u getting brisket in the morning , Make Sure to ask if its yesterdays brisket they are serving , i got a 1/2 pound brisket moist bfr 10 am , and got me a dry , yesterdays brisket

Got the baby back and ribs, and they were just okay. Potatoe salad was delicious, coleslaw had no flavor, green chile stew was pretty good.
