Rudy's On The Square

I have eaten at Rudy’s many times with no issues. Yesterday we ate there and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. A teenager in our party of three ordered the fried tenderloin. Not knowing it had gravy on it and she does not like gravy. I took it to the waitress and explained the situation. A few minutes later she returned with the plate and they had just wiped the gravy off. There was still gravy on it! I finally got a waitress’s attention and explained what they obviously had done. This restaurant offers excellent food at very affordable prices with exceptional service. The restaurant itself is spotlessly clean and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying the Country Ham, Strawberry Cake, and Strawberry Pie. Overall, this place receives a perfect rating of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20 for a dinner meal.

Recommended! Great atmosphere. Chasity ran the dinning room, she was friendly and competent ensuring all customers were catered too. I had OM eggs (perfectly cooked), ham, bacon, grilled country potatoes, grits, pancake and sour dough toast, with coffee. Everything was tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

I took my parents here to celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with the food (omletes, biscuits with gravy, French toasts, waffle , the service, and the prices.
