A nice bar, but having the habit of going there, I decided not to go back there again, the prices continued to increase and become ridiculously too expensive compared to the other bars in the surrounding area, for a no more extraordinary service, and for a price higher than some bars in Paris. Moreover, no gesture is made to the right customers, which becomes a bit frustrating over time, big lack of consideration.
The Rugs Coffee (the Rugs is said, a place that has become unavoidable (we see it when it is closed, an atypical atmosphere, which overflows on the square that runs along it: drink, eat, meet, discuss, listen to concerts, we watch there collectively broadcasts of great games, ... He stirred up this small, yet provincial town of Houilles, and brought in a good mood. A public service mission, this bistro, actually!
Discover a week night of this bar that has the advantage of having a large terrace on a place of Houilles. 2 choices of local blonde and IPA beers), which is a little fair, and the pint is at 8€ that is to say more expensive than in a pub. Honestly we've been there once, but we won't come back to drink a beer... maybe for something else, but I haven't tested it!
Great place, but that would gain to widen its schedules and the map of things to nibble. For what is already proposed I find charcuterie and excellent cheese, up to the small pickles, place where children can run and roll. It's already great to have this in our city! Very good spirit! A bar I've known there may be times is watered evenings, a warm atmosphere and managers and waiters at the top always with the smile, sometimes collaborations with small artists, tee shorts, music ect only small negative point but that is not necessarily one is that it closes early
Great place! The waiters are adorable, the boss also, the incredibly tasty beers. They also offer concerts per moment, it’s really this kind of atmosphere that we’re looking for in a bar, respectful nice customers, a nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend!
For a coffee, a hot chocolate or a beer depending on the time: , a slice of cake, a salad, a hot dog or peanuts at will, inside the winter or terrace, two, with family or friends, for some nights enjoy a concert, a must-see place.
