"Nice terras, relaxing rocking chairs and a quit, but friendly server. I ordered a Singapore Sling, pretty rash as you think about it as I had a real one in Singapore. It was really disgusting. When I complained about the horrible taste to the bartender his answer was that I wasn't in Singapore and that they make this drink like this in Vienna. I explained that the taste was really awful > bad luck he said! Okay, that is clear langguage to me......suggestion...don't order a Singapore Sling!"

The concierge told us to check out the restaurants by the Danube. As we started walking I heard salsa and merengue music. We followed the music and much to our surprise there was this fun dancing class going on in this outdoor restaurant by the water. Everybody was following the male teacher and I realized they must be all regulars since they were all in step. Anyway I immediately looked at the menu and saw they had Dominican Coco Loco drink! It was delicious! The waitress said there were 6 Dominicans who worked there and a few other people from Latin countries. I was delighted to find this place. After seeing museums galore this was the perfect place to drink and party.

A nice bar literally on the flowing water of the Danube, where they offer a Latino atmosphere and music: we've been here for the happy hour (18-20) and had great time. Cocktails were all finely prepared, service was fast enough and really kind (quite rare here in Vienna). We had nachos and burritos: abundant dishes and very fair prices. Quality was good enough (at least for us) and the food was well presented. Prices may be a little too high if you come before/after happy hours. The only thing that wasn't great is the volume of the music, far too loud (that's why we gave only 4 stars).Recommended for drinks in a great location.

A Latin restaurant dance club serving Spanish tapas, café food, wide range alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and straight drinks at affordable prices with free dance instruction till 4am.A really fun place where if you already know to salsa and mambo, pick a partner or lead the group and dance the night away. If you are a beginner, there are patient dancers to teach and lead you. No one has two left feet here. Or if you are feeling lazy, enjoy the river breeze, sit and watch the dancing to Latin music.Would definitely return.

Visited Rumba & Mambo on a sunny day in May. They have a long happy hour in the afternoon and offer cocktails for €5,50 during this time period. The cocktails with just alcohol are fine, but the once which come with some addition (e.g. piña colada) are best to be avoided (idem for food). It is a real latin place though where staff speaks spanish, most visitors have some relation with latin america, and there is a dance floor... hence if you are into dancing on latin music this might just be the right place for you.
