Rumi's Kitchen Dc - Reservar una mesa

I do not understand why I am charged when I substitute the pared rice for another rice. The rice that is pared with fish is not my favorite. This is my 5th visit. Charging me to substitute the rice maybe a deal breaker.

Great way to change ip the DC dining scene. Excellent flavors and atmosphere. Something for everyone. Delicious bread.
