Time to give it up, Bill! Maybe spend more time providing a service than patrolling the parking lot. Or I've been frequenting your establishment for fifteen-some years now, left thousands of dollars there, if not more, in ever-decreasing frequency. Last year I visited four times, down from almost bi-weekly at one stage, and last week was THE last time.I make a rule of not rating establishments in my neighbourhood, but enough is enough. The last visit with a crew of family is it. Our first experience with the restaurant was perfect, at lunch. Great food, attentive and funny waiter, all good. Our second visit was for dinner around 6. It was crowded as expected, service was slower, and two of our menu choices were gone and the server kept coming back to apologize. It certainly was not her fault as we told her, but we waited so long and had to change our choices, so we just asked for the bar tab and left the table. A disappointment.
The worst place ever! Service was slow, starter came out! it was cold and disgusting! Drinks were terrible and watered down! We waited an eternity for our main meal, took my son to the washroom, came back and they had finally brought it out and they had dumped my husbands entire meal in his lap. It stunk like old fish! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!We left without paying as it was the worst ever service and as of for the food, well we left it ! DONT GO THERE!
We stopped here for a light snack midafternoon. The three slider appetizer is a great dish for a snack and has three sliders-one each of crab, chicken, and beef. Just the right amount with a cocktail. Tasty and economical as well. You also have your choice of seating in doors or outdoors on two different patios. Service was very slow. It took 1.5 hours to be served after ordering our meal. When we were served, the food quality was poor and portions were small. The waitress took my plate while I still had the sandwich in my hand. I had to finish eating the sandwich since I didn't have a plate to set it on. Multiple waitresses served out party of six. I wouldn't eat there if it was free.
overpriced food and slow in arriving. Attitude of waiter was upsetting for us all. My granddaughter (10) ordered off the children' menu and the drinks for her were $2.50 but we were charged $5. It cost $10 for two ice teas. Said since he had already rung the prices in the till, he could not change it. Cost $82 for four people and two of them had soup.
Service is very very slow, food is poor!We eat as a family, took ages for the food to come and when it did it was poor quality and cold.Come on owner, people deserve better than this you should be ashamed.Even the staff agreed with me that the time taken to get the food was unacceptable and they are all aware of the terrible reviews this place gets!
