This place was incredible. I never caught her name (unfortunately) but the woman who helped us was very warm and friendly. We asked about the menu/crowd and personal favorites, and decided to get the classic chicken dumplings, a variety of the Greek dumplings (beef and mushroom+potato), as well as the cabbage piroshki. The classic was warm and well spiced with a vinegar kick to brighten it up, and the Greek was super fresh. The cabbage piroshki was warm and comforting. Even though we were full, we decided to take a piece of cake to go, and it was SO worth it. Today was my birthday and it was a nice way to celebrate! We were even gifted a little treat. 10/10.
Ordered takeout and really enjoyed it though we didn’t realize it didn’t come with utensils so we had to get creative! loaded beef and pork: 5/5. The cutest little dumplings perfectly cooked and the bacon/onions/sour cream was an excellent enhancement classic potato and cheese: 3/5. The dumplings sadly all stick to each other and the sauce was surprisingly sour potato and mushroom piroshki: 5/5. This was the sleeper hit! And easy to eat sans utensils!
This is a rare Russian restaurant around here. The meal was shaped like gyoza and was delicious. However, the amount may seem a little small. There are table seats for the second time. I visited on a Friday night, and it was empty.
I would drive the 600 miles from Reno just to eat this for an evening. Legit some of my favorite food on the planet. Simple, afford, and so comforting. All live, I have to eat here every time I'm in WS. Hands down my favorite

First time in an east-European dumpling restaurant. Great experience. Choose the dumpling filling, choose the sauce, choose the quantity (12 or 18). We took a coleslaw salad too. Reasonable pricing.
I got the classic dumplings and they were excellent. The people were nice and it was a great spot to grab a quick bite on a rainy Washington evening.

This is a great place! What an absolute gem of Olympia. I want to try everything on the menu and I will be back asap.

Always good food and the staff do the best they can. Speed can be hard when there is 1 person and a rush.
