we just heard talk. not enough people to do the work. too many tables for the waitress. I didn't know you were in my section waiting for another table. I'm the customer! I shouldn't hear from the problems! I just feel welcome and that at this moment I am the most important person they will take care of. if they feel that they have to apologize, they simply say that I am so sorry and then they take care of the rest of my experience.
a car in front of me on the drive thru. the car in front of me and I waited both 25 minutes. When I got that, it was completely cold. How can that happen? the food has to be sitting there and getting cold while I was waiting for the other car to be served. since 50 years after russ. I've never had that before. could they also go to mcdonalds if I want a bad service.
the first time I ever had a bad meal. my cream-colored truthahn on a bun was less than creamy. it was dry and crusty and tasted bad. I gave it back. I got this sandwich as long as I can remember and was shocked by the lack of quality control and that someone left the kitchen.

A long time player in the Grand Rapids restaurant scene. Always good food and good service. Food seems freshly prepared and always tasty. Prices are fair and the menu is varied and has lots of choices. A great value for your food dollar
Wasn't the best. Gave me big boy vibes. The staff is nice enough but when we decided to change our minds to get desert they never came back. The food was not the greatest. Just not somewhere I'm gonna go back to.
when I traveled from the city to grand rapids, I always stayed at russ for great food and great ambiente. whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner I was never disappointed.
