The service was frustratingly slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, with multiple empty tables. We seemed to wait an eternity for each course. I've never been let down by the food here until tonight. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was quite disappointing; I received four quarter-sized mushrooms with barely any crabmeat, and they were lacking in flavor. I also ordered the bistro salad, which came with a $10 charge for just four tiny shrimp. Overall, both the quality and quantity of the food were lacking during this visit. I'm unsure if I will return anytime soon, if at all.
This was the first time my fiancè and I have been to Rustic Kitchen it was an amazing experience! Everything from the food to the service was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and a cute note came out with our dessert, it was so sweet! Ray was a great server! He is extremely knowledge and personable, he had small talk with us instead of rushing off. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience!
Service was amazing, wish I remember her name. I had the hanger steak it was cooked to a perfect medium the truffle fries were to die for and I started with a ceaser side salad. I’m a light eater and I cleaned my plate. The ambiance was beautiful, and the price was great. Definitely will be back!
I always enjoy dining at the Rustic Kitchen. The food is consistently excellent and prepared just the way we like it. The waitstaff is very attentive, and it’s nice to come back and see familiar faces.

We had a delicious meal there on Friday. The restaurant was packed but the service was right on and the food came out hot. My hanger steak was cooked to perfection. We will be back again. Thanks.

We enjoyed everything from the service and food except for an acknowledgement that we were there celebrating Birthdays.
