Rustica at Silvertip Golf Resort

Isabel is a standout. She is a fantastic individual that we have had the pleasure of being served by for many years. However, the recent dining experience did not meet our expectations. We ordered the Bass special, which turned out to be bland and the tenderloin was undercooked. When it was reheated, it became overdone and grey. The prices have also become quite high. Overall, we were disappointed with our meal. The atmosphere and staff are excellent, but the food quality did not match our previous experiences.

Took my dad for dinner at Rustica, and we had the most wonderful time! Here is what he had to say: Thank-you to the chefs and waitstaff at the Silvertip Rustica Restaurant. The regal atmosphere, viewing the manicured golf course, is unparalleled, and our server Izzy was so friendly and professional. I recommend the 35 day old Ribeye steak and smoked mashed potatoes. So delicious! My favorite appetizer was the Beef Tartare, and save room for the peanut butter square brownie. Soooo decadent! Thanks Nick!

Our family of five from Washington DC thoroughly enjoyed our recent dinner at Rustica. The steakhouse focuses on local meats and produce that makes it extra special for visitors from outside Alberta. Four of us split their Albertan tomahawk steak for four people, which was expertly prepared and came with possibly the best risotto we’ve ever had. Our service by Stephanie was outstanding, and the quiet atmosphere allowed us to talk and enjoy our wonderful meal. Highly recommend.

We must say that Rustica exceeded our expectations and redeemed themselves after a previous negative experience. We were fortunate to have Isabella as our server again, and Stephanie welcomed us back warmly. The service was exceptional from the beginning, and we felt well looked after. This restaurant is truly a gem in the Rockies. Not only is the ambiance and scenery spectacular, but the food is incredible. The beef, wagyu, and seafood are expertly prepared, with a delightful selection of wines. The service is impeccable, Steph is a master at her job, and we consider Rustica and Silvertip to be our special place.

Uncertain Elk served was actually elk. A very small bone extruding from a ball of grissel, gross and for $69! I've killed and eaten Elk and this was gross. I'd hope for a steak and had one piece of edible meat. Sorbet was hard as a rock and tasted like freezer burn. Will never return.

We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Very nice to have knowledgeable staff concerning gluten free items. Food was prepared very well and had great flavours. Stephanie was our server and did a great job! We will be going back.
