Rustico Italian Bistro

The pasta dishes here are exceptional, prepared by passionate chefs who truly value the food and its heritage. We sampled three different pasta dishes between the two of us, and each one surpassed the previous in flavor and quality. We can't wait to return to try the winter menu; this restaurant is a real treasure. It has undoubtedly become our top choice in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding area. Although it may be a bit pricier than some other places, the incredible food makes it well worth it. Service: Dine in.

Really enjoyed the lovely friendly welcome and very tasty nicely presented food creations at Rustico. The broad bean tart starter was very flavourful, followed by excellent light delicate crab and ricotta ravioli with an orange twist. The semifreddo dessert a super tasting surprise. Really nice when the chef came out to say hi. So glad to have Rustico back and also to such a great standard. Service: Dine in

The food here is beautiful, they seemed to pay attention to detail. The menu is small and varies regularly. although quite pricey. It was literally London prices in a small town. There’s nothing special about the surroundings, It’s essentially a posh cafe next to a slightly grimy pub. But for the food, I couldn’t recommend it more. Service: Dine in

We had a pleasant experience dining for two, and we found the drinks enjoyable with a lively atmosphere. However, all of our dishes were consistently underseasoned, which was disappointing given the total cost of over £100. As a result, we don’t plan to return anytime soon.
