Rusty Bucket - Reserva de mesa

we are regular customers of the rusty bucket because the eating and service in the regular is very good. but last night the chicken finger club I ordered was under the deck. the chicken was hardly warm and the speck was missing with taking a very small piece over a customs long. there was no mayo on the sandwich that made it taste dry. also the French pommes were hardly warm. disappoint. the service was good, but the quality of the food seems to slip a bit.

The server was inattentive, and the food arrived cold. A Christmas tree fell behind me, and no one acknowledged it. We had to ask twice for refills and for a to-go drink. This was my first meal back in the city during my vacation, and I was really looking forward to dining here. I was disappointed.

Our server was great. We don’t understand why this location does not serve martini ‘s in martini glasses. We have to ask and they usually are out of them. How is it that a bar does not have enough glasses ?? The food is good. Wishing there were some chicken options.

We are regulars at this restaurant, and will be back often in future. This time the service was slow, but everything else was good as usual. Screaming kids two tables away were hard to take. Reserva una mesa ahora

The way they make their chicken breasts so crunchy is amazing. My son had their Buffalo chicken sandwich which was huge. I had the chicken parmigiana and was amazing. Big portions!

We enjoyed the food but unfortunately our server didn’t give us the best service with refilling our drinks and it took awhile to order our food.

Our waiter John was awesome! He was friendly, helpful and made the evening fun. Good time. And oh yeah-the food was incredible.
