Ruth's Chris Steak House

My first time going to Ruth Chris in Markham and I was not overly impressed. Was seated in a both for two, kinda in the hallway of the restaurant was a little weird. Our waiter was not overly attentive, had to ask another person for him twice. The 22.00 harvest salad was not fully dressed, wasn’t great. It was literally a hand full of greens with 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half and some crispy onions. Not worth it at all! The crab cakes were swimming in butter. In fact the whole restaurant smelt like burning butter. And It’s all you tasted with the crab cake. Spending quality time with the families. Very professional and enchanted atmosphere. Professional staff. Tonight was our son’s high school graduation night. We celebrated with some friends at Ruth Chris. Our server Chris was exceptionally pleasant and really created a friendly and celebratory atmosphere.After a fairly long ceremony, we were all famished, and the freshly served bread and savory butter helped quench our immediate hunger. The graduation menu was fittingly perfect for the occasion. The appetizers were delicious and moreish. The lobster bisque was creamy and tasty. This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, my party of over eight people arrived late, but the way we were treated made up for it completely. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Our server, Bill, was incredibly efficient, attentive, and genuinely enjoyed his work. I even had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Sarah, who treated us like family despite it being our first visit. I visited this restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The meal was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. Our server, Bill, was particularly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend trying the shrimp voodoo lobster mac and cheese—it's incredibly tasty! I'm already looking forward to celebrating my own birthday here as well!

Excellent service, high quality of food with huge portion. Not a lot of choices on the menu but good enough to choose. I have been there a few times and still have not tried everything because sometimes just want to repeat the same purely because it was so good.

The steaks here are incredibly juicy and delicious. I have no complaints whatsoever. While the prices are on the higher side, the experience is definitely worth it. Note that the steaks are served without sides, but all sides are meant to be shared. Reserva una mesa ahora

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Ruth’s Chris today. The food was amazing, our steaks were perfectly cooked and the service was top shelf. A special thanks to our lovely server Nicole for a perfect evening and the best service! We’ll be back!

Service was good! Went on an empty day had the restaraunt to ourselves. Luke was our server was very knowledgeable and provided good service. Food and drinks were excellent. Will come back. Best calamari I've ever had.
