We spent $277 NO liquor included for 3 people lemonade, unsweetened ice tea and water with lemon and that didn 't include the TIP). This location gives an older vibe. From the decor to the music.Our water had floating black particles and when we ask for another the server’s assistant returned with another jug with some more floating particles. At that point we gave up.The chicken was overcooked. The potatoes were over cheesy. The steak was just fine. Our server seemed bothered about the water complaint so we kept the rest of them to ourselves.There wasn't anything about the food that felt worthy of the price attached to it. It seemed as though they just had cooks in the back throwing out food vs. a chef who actually put love into each piece.The server offered us a complementary desert for the water which in my opinion is...
My wife and I both opted for theRuth's Classics, a pre-fixed menu with starter, entree, side, and deserts. We did have a lump crab cake appetizer, and they are the nearest I've found to Maryland. The filet is always consistently prepared, and the salad and mashed potatoes were good. Our server was Brittany. She was very attentive throughout the entire dinner. The only complaint I have that I have every time is the plates they serve the filet on are ridiculously small for everything on the plate and trying to cut it.
Had a fairly early seating on a Saturday evening to celebrate a wedding anniversary. They failed to bring my wife's broccoli and daughter in laws creamed spinach with her prix fixe meal. Waitress was not present after food delivery. When still no one to tell after 10 minutes had to leave table to get someone's attention. Very good experience. My only feedback, is we sat next to a table that was extremely obnoxious. They got up from their table, and went into the hallway, and took a bottle of wine back to their table. A manager should have stepped in. At the end of the evening the waitress brought there table a round of wines, with a great pour. You can't do that, and not offer to the other guests.
We've eaten here for over 20 years on special occasions and for happy hour on a Friday night. Tonight things were off and not typical. The service and meal were slow and my husbands steak was over cooked. It was handled when the wait stag and manager checked on us and they did what they could to make it better. Just overall, they were not up to par tonight.
Place is ridiculously over priced, quality of food was at home quality. Crowed, tables are placed to close together. Chairs are uncomfortable. We went for a dinner and it cost 435 dollars for 4 people getting steaks with no sides. salads and 4 drinks. Will never return and don't recommend to anyone. Outback steakhouse makes better food.
Food was hot...that's great. Nothing worse than cold food. rib eye was cooked correctly but a little chewy. Think I'll go with the small fillet next time. First WORST experience at a restaurant EVER. We had the most inattentive server on a very important night. The busser was more of a help then our server. She took the order and brought the check AFTER we asked the busser to find her. Sooooo DISAPPOINTED. Will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE.
