Amazing experience from service to food. Kathy our waitress/server was the best. She informed us about the portion sizes and warned us of the hot plates to definitely make sure we weren’t going to be idiots and touch them, lol. She was extremely thoughtful and hospitable, learning that it was our anniversary dinner so she decorated our table with some sequins and gave us a dessert on her while singing us a cute little tune. My experience visiting Ruth Chris was amazing. To start, the staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The service was not a long wait. Once you are seated, you are greeted with the service you are expecting. The waiter offers you a drink and explains the menu to you. The food was delicious and made to give you the ultimate steak experience. You can have the steak made the way you like it or given a suggestion as to how you want it cooked in order to enjoy your steak. Ruth Chris is worth the visit as it is one of the spots that give you all the best that you would expect.

This restaurant serves the best steak I have ever tasted, but it does not come with any sides. The stuffed mushrooms were superb, the asparagus was good but the hollandaise sauce was just average, and the mashed potatoes were fantastic. The restaurant seemed to be a popular spot as there were people waiting outside in the hallway, possibly because they overbooked. The service from the wait staff was mediocre and slightly pretentious. The bathroom was nicely decorated. However, the overall experience was extremely pricey and not worth a return visit.

I've been coming to Ruth Chris for years on special occasions and last night was one of the best times because of the staff! The man at the reservation desk got my husband and I a table very quickly, although we didn't have a reservation. And our waitress, Kathy, was amazing! She was fast, caring, understanding and extremely sweet! My husband and I love coming here, and can't wait for our next dinner date at Rush Chris! Friday night reservations and no wait. Even thought our waitress mentioned it was a little busy the service was quick and thoughtful. Ambiance was nice and private even though the place seemed full, it was our first time here but had a wonderful time. The food was amazing! We got the “Spicy Shrimp” appetizer, “Porterhouse for Two, Garlic Mash Lobster Mac Cheese”. Everything and I mean all of it exceeded our expectations and was delicious! We recommend it all. We ordered regular house tequila margaritas as well.

I love this place because the gentlemen was so nice and caring. The food was delicious and it’s no telling about what the food would look like and how it taste. The man deserves nothing but the best. However the service was excellent. The Birthday Queen looked so beautiful. Today was her birthday so she deserves a birthday meal. Thank you for the food and the service that you provide us. The food at this restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately, our server seemed to have forgotten about us entirely. Once we received our food, we did not receive any further attention until it was time to ask for our bill, which took about 30 minutes. We understand that our server may have been overwhelmed with larger parties, but perhaps having more servers available could help with the issue.

Our server/waiter Corey, was an excellent host… The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course… Michael Stephanie made some great Apple martinis.. The Ruth's Chris Long Island location never disappoints. The service is always great, and the steaks are consistently top quality and delicious. Personally, my go-to dishes are the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Creamed Spinach, which are perfect for sharing with your dinner date.

Fantastic experience at this location. Waiter was attentive and makes top notch cocktails. The portion sizes were just right and we were able to finish everything we ordered. The fried Calamari is delicious and out price fixe entrees came out perfect.
