The hostess was unfriendly the moment we arrived , apparently people eating there can go in and eat in beach wear attire on a Saturday evening. I understand that Florida’s casual but for an upscale restaurant anything goes???? The Steaks were over cooked and the food was cold. The restaurant was so cold inside that you couldn’t enjoy the meal, everyone at my table just wanted to leave because it was so uncomfortable cold inside the restaurant. I asked about the restaurants temperature and the server said they have had A/C issues? Unfortunately  it will be along time before I go back and eat at any Ruth Chris restaurants, there are many other steak restaurants in southwest Florida to return...
Hicimos reservas para una cena de aniversario. Chris de Ruth no decepciona. La comida era excelente, el servicio fue increíble y el ambiente agradable. Esta fue una primera visita a esta ubicación en LaCantera Parkway. La desventaja fue que mi vehículo fue asaltado y arruinó el resto de nuestros planes nocturnos. Los letreros decían examinados por la cámara, no necesariamente cierto. Se inspeccionan los edificios. Por supuesto, no es realmente culpa de Chris de Ruth, pero esperar una hora para informarlo ya que vivimos en las afueras de Sudáfrica fue definitivamente una decepción. La próxima vez, UBER seguro.
We usually go to the one in NY where our other home is but let me tell you Bonita Springs his the top of my list. I highly recommend them the staff were extremely friendly food was excellent melted in your mouth. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail and my husband had the Rib eye with Lobster tail Both were out of this world
Even though we had a reservation and arrived on time, we had difficulty getting seated. Cannot understand why 5 parties were seated ahead of us as we stood there. Other than that the food is great and our waiter was attentive to our needs.

Went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our anniversary. The service was great along with the food. I would not hesitate to go back to the restaurant. Terrific experience!
Ruth Chris is ALWAYS great tasting and super environment, but the price tag keeps us from becoming regulars.
