Ruth's Chris Steak House - El Paso

Ok, tonight was a rough one. I’ll start with the good: the steaks and the potatoes were delicious. Everything else? Not so great. The salad we ordered as a starter came out at the same time as the steaks. The Brussels sprouts side we ordered was inedible. They did take those items off the bill which was nice. Dessert was great but took much longer than it should have. I’m hoping it was just an off night.

The service is very good although food is full of butter and seasoning to make it up for the flavor, the salads variety very poor and the size of the plates for main dishes are so compacted that food will spill out. Not worth the drive unfortunately.

This was a great experience. The food was amazing and flavorful. The drinks were paired remarkably. The staff was amazing. The pricing was reasonable for everything provided. I would only say that for the ambiance of the place, enforce a dress code.
