My $80 steak was very overcooked. The server agreed and informed manager. Server offered to cook another however due to the time it would take to do it, I declined. I was told the manager would come over but didn’t. At closing, they gave me a 50% credit of my steak, which I felt was unacceptable because steak was poorly done and I did not eat it. A high end steak house should have been more professional and not charged at all for my steak.
We all order something different. Mainly, the steaks were not cooked as asked. Medium rare were more medium well. Cobb salad was not the Cobb salad I expected. It is usually made with boiled eggs. Plus, I had no taste whatsoever. I have eaten at other Ruth Chris restaurants and never had a problem. New chef at the helm ??
Eating is always fantastic (especially the sweet potato caserole and raspberry cheesecake,) and service is friendly. Jonathan was a more attentive waiter. enjoy our jubilee dinner in a quiet atmosphere with a decent view.

Food was prepared properly and tasted great. A little more expensive than other Ruth's Chris locations, but that should be expected for the area. Outstanding customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent food. Stuffed chicken and sweet potatoes are always my favorite. Fabulous service from Tom and Jean. Tom is amazing, and we love having him as our server when visiting your restaurant in Vegas!
steaks were good. the salates and the sides were average. service was moderate. high prices compared to other steak houses we were on the strip. the cocktails were too expensive.

"You have to visit this place! The fish and chips were incredibly crispy and delicious. The tartar sauce complemented them perfectly, and they also offer malt vinegar. It can get busy, but we stopped by for an afternoon snack and didn’t have to wait at all. It’s easily shareable for a light meal."
