Ruth's Chris Steak House - Mississauga

We were brought the more expensive bottle of wine when we specifically asked for the lower priced one. The food took forever to arrive even though others around us who ordered after us got their food. When we asked if it was coming we were told we were up next but saw 3 other meals come out of the kitchen before ours. When it did come out our steak was well done instead of the medium rare we ordered. At that point we were so hungry we didn’t want to wait any longer for a new steak. Everything was also so salty and greasy, way too much bitter on everything. The choice of dishes was excellent and the food itself delicious. The steak was succulent and perfectly cooked. Not a dessert person, the waiter encouraged me to try his favourite from the menu and it was a triumph, and apple crumble pie to die for. The service was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive.

The steak keeps cooking when it is served sizzling. So I would recommend if anyone likes their steak cooked medium well they should order it medium . I was a little disappointed when it continued to cook and dry out during our dinner.
