Ruth's Chris Steak House - N. Palm Beach

I was very excited to try Ruth’s Chris for the first time. I was sorely disappointed. We arrived for our reservation minutes early and were seated right away. There was only of us at on a Friday. There was a slight mix up between the waiters as to who was waiting on us but it was settled and we both ordered our steaks. When my plate arrived I knew right away it was over cooked-Burnt actually. My asparagus was BLACK. I ordered medium rare and It was well done and very tough. The manager came over and ordered me another plate-By the time it arrived my husband was done with his plate. This is the second time in the last months that I ordered a strip steak medium plus and it came to me medium rare. This is not acceptable. The waiter even agreed that the steak was not cooked as ordered. Why pay plus for a steak and they can not cook it properly. Never had this problem in the past. They do not want to risk over cooking the meat as they will have to make another steak, Their answer always undercook. The waiter wanted to return the steak for further cooking but by the time I would get the steak back, my company would be done with their meal. Shame on Ruths Chriss

We went to celebrate two birthdays. Everything was great service, food, and ambiance. We ordered filet, rib-eye steak, lump crab cakes, and shrimp for entrees. We also had Caesar salads, baked potatoes, and spinach casserole.Thank you for a lovely memorable evening

It was a typical busy Friday evening, but our waiter James and the rest of the staff were very attentive and made the wait time feel far less. As always, the food was cooked perfectly and the cream brûlée was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back! Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing as always Best Porterhouse steak for A bone in Strip steak is a good choice. Great service always We had the crab cakes calamari to start. Creamed Spinach and the mushrooms are a must Creme brûlée and chocolate cake
