Ryan's Smoke House

We ordered lunch through the drive thru. I ordered a two meat plate. I asked for the moist brisket and Dark Meat chicken. Both were dry and overcooked. No favor or bark on brisket. Coleslaw was great, Macaroni and Cheese was bland. The high point was my Wife’s BBQ baked potato that I tried.

It was my first time going, 11/18/23, and the food was delicious. The owner gave us a small piece of sausage to try. It was delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the baked potato, and it was huge and full of flavor. I'll definitely be going back.

Food could have had a little more seasoning taste. It needed a little more smoke flavor to me.
