2.4.23 The Bison and Blue Chili taste very good, could have been warmer. The Pub Bang Bang shrimp were Top 10! The burger was cooked perfectly however the fries portion was a bit small as was the cheese portion on the Pizza Especial. Portion size are smaller compared to prior visits, but a sign of the times. Perhaps? 3.2.22 Lunch call in order of Bison Blue Chili and Buffalo Mac n Cheese. The chili was as expected, love this recipe. The Buffalo Mac n Cheese (not pictured here) on the other hand was a disappointment from my prior sampling of this entre. $17.95 for a plate of macaroni and chewy/tough, old, cut up chicken strips or nuggets. For an appetizer, we ordered a Caprese Salad, which was perfect for a warm afternoon, keeping us cool and refreshed. For my main dish, I opted for the Blackened Chicken Sandwich with fries. Although it took a little while for our food to arrive, the wait was definitely worth it. The dishes were fresh and delicious. The chicken was perfectly blackened on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. The hoagie bun was both crisp and soft, adding to the overall sandwich experience. The chicken was topped with peppers, onions, jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, and drizzled with fire-roasted red pepper aioli dressing—it was absolutely delicious. Awesome pub (in the sweetspot just north of casual, but south of upscale) right in historic Cocoa Village! Excellent Happy Hour almost every day of the week, a solid (and delicious) menu (salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, and nearly world-famous burgers), and amazing service (shout-out to the incomparable Josh), all in a cozy pub setting. There are some excellent restaurants in Cocoa Village, but Pub Americana needs to go into the rotation!

Nestled within an area known as the village, we found the oldest street in Cocoa, FL. This little restaurant has plenty of hand-crafted drinks and cocktails to choose from. To eat, I sent for the 1/2 lb Rodeo burger with seasoned fries. I had a Village Mule to drink (their twist on the Moscow Mule) and a Diet Coke. Everything was great. We drove to Cocoa bc my husband wanted a burger but hard to find a gluten free bun. They have them here. The menu has alot of choices. Unique burgers. I had the bacon bar bq burger. My husband had the bison burger. They also had a list of house made sauces. Yum! We will go back!

Absolutely amazing food! I've visited several times, and every experience has been delightful. The service is excellent too! It's a great spot for drinks and is very family-friendly. The bourbon aioli is incredible—I wish I could take some home in a bottle!

We stopped by for drinks after dinner and had a fantastic experience. The bartender was not only fun but also very friendly, which truly enhanced our visit. The ambiance was pleasant, although the restrooms could use some improvement.

Always an excellent experience....they do get busy but they work at making sure you get a smile and an update. Once tge food arrives, Boom! My absolute favorite is the Hangover burger!!! Cold beer is a plus! Those parmasan fries!!!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

It's been a few years since I've been here. Outdoor seating is wonderful and relaxed. Had the gator bites, house salad and sweet potato fries! Perfect lunch great service from Josh. Can't wait to come back.

Great. Food. Pizza is brick oven-baked. Burger is very flavorful! This was Village Blues burger.
