2022: New visit to the Open Bistrot, and even better than the first!!!! Special menu "bravades" at 35€ for dessert flat entry. Regular menu at 39€ . After a little mouthing the entrance was, how to say... a real pleasure for taste buds, we would like the rabe: a perfectly cooked coconut egg with a bath to fall and foie gras. The main dish: cute pork net with truffle sauce with shells a little astonishing the shells but delicious. And dessert a cabbage with chocolate ice cream and fresh strawberries.
