2022: New visit to the Open Bistrot, and even better than the first!!!! Special menu "bravades" at 35€ for dessert flat entry. Regular menu at 39€ . After a little mouthing the entrance was, how to say... a real pleasure for taste buds, we would like the rabe: a perfectly cooked coconut egg with a bath to fall and foie gras. The main dish: cute pork net with truffle sauce with shells a little astonishing the shells but delicious. And dessert a cabbage with chocolate ice cream and fresh strawberries. Everything was well prepared and we enjoyed it! Accompanied by a bottle of rosé among a selection of wines from the region and beers and especially the good mood of the team who listens and alway...

Excellent cuisine! A restaurant that changes what you can see everywhere with more similar maps... here A map that changes all the time with a real good taste in the mouth! I don't give advice, but it's worth it. Price necessarily a little higher than other restaurants in the city, but any good work deserves wages and that is the case! Bravo!
Excellent evening spent in this hotel for our first holidays. There is a real kitchen and quite what is expected during a meal at the restaurant, namely fresh products and successful associations.
