I 've been coming to this place for about a year. Overall their food is pretty decent, but their customer service and professionalism could use some work.I ordered pumpkin curry with brown rice. Their website menu reflects their brown rice to be an additional cost of $1.25. When I went in person they told me it 's actually $3.50 for a pint of brown rice. I was not happy about the misleading extra cost, but nonetheless, I paid. When I got home and opened up my brown rice, I noticed that they gave me significantly less than they usually do for their white rice. They only filled it up about midway. $3.50 for not even a full pint of brown rice is a total rip off.I called the restaurant to let them know that they gave me very little rice and I was dissatisfied. A lady answered and told me that they weigh their brown rice on a scale, heat it up, and put it into the pint container. She informed me that I could not get a full pint of brown rice. She wasn 't even nice about it. She had an attitude.Listen... I know we 're approaching a recession and food prices have increased, but to purposely ration portions of brown rice for customers is incredibly wild to me.My advice to management is if you 're going to charge nearly $4 for a pint of rice, you should make it worth it. Putting half of a pint of rice into a pint container and charging that much is wrong. AND dismissing a customer who is dissatisfied about that is even worse. If stingy was a restaurant, it would be, Saap Lao Thai Cuisine.
