Hotel Rooms are clean, traditionally decorated; we went out to the street. Especially day (Saarburg has a well-visited old town) can be louder, but at night it was not a topic. With 135 euros, I find it rather high-priced, but still ok. There is a nice breakfast buffet with a large selection, now in summer with many fresh fruits, very tasty! Summer salad ordered; according map with yogurt dressing... On the table came a green salad with vinegar oil dressing. With our complaint, probably the boss, could not handle, and only the plates unfriendlyly and without regretting the mistake, have taken us away without replacement.
Very nice hotel in the heart of the town of Saarburg in Rhineland-Palatinate. Good restaurant and great ambience with varied cuisine as well as various theme weeks such as Spanish specialties or Martinsgans food etc. I can only recommend a visit. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.

Can only recommend the restaurant... Varied menu and very nice staff. Wednesdays always dinner for 2, in summer the barbecue evenings... etc We love it!
Very good food and an even better wine card with many mature treasures too very friendly course. I felt good. The service was friendly and inaccessible.
