Ordered a dish with three fish fillets and summer vegetables, excavated in salt and beaten with fat. As it is regrettably common in this part of the world, the cook did not use the many spices and sauces that can accompany and improve the fish (like coriander/cilantro, pesto, lemongrass, lemon/garlic) and sages to prepare it without melting it in a lot of fat. So the predominant taste was salt with a heavy fat content. But much better than our meal on the eve of the Pechhütte.
we wanted to eat a delicious fish dish in the evening and decided to do this locally. Unfortunately, there were no small things, so we decided to fish soup or ofenkartoffel with smoked salmon. both were in order. for us it was a normal restaurant, normal furnished with a normal card without surprises and a friendly service. conclusion: nothing bad but nothing outstanding.
we were eating there after the new opening in December. you can already notice when reading the menu that in the kitchen a fresh wind (in the form of a new cook) blows that eating was the absolute hammer super fresh and tastefully simple the sense of the mind. also a super nice service. I decided to eat here because of reviews on Trip Adviser about good value and close to the top of the review list. The meal was not remarkable, I had the local Zander fish and my husband went with the salmon, everything was acceptable, but not as good value as I expected: 40 euros for 2 main courses and non-alcoholic drinks, MasterCard not accepted.
we were the first to eat there. eating was super fresh and it really tasted fantastic. I've never eaten so delicious. the service was also very friendly and attentive. in the first-class location of the restaurant they have a magnificent view of the scharmützelsee while they eat.
we had another table on the terrace and could park directly at the restaurant. eating (fishing) was great. we got jealous views from the neighbors. all top. the restaurant is well visited, a table to reserve is recommended.

the most likely to be the worst local in bad saarow, dining room as on the train station and very unfriendly service. offers not available on the menu.
beautifully situated. well visited. very friendly and fast operation. that is just delicious. I can only recommend.
