First thing that will strike you about Sabai is the crazy neon lightshow and weird plasma screens covering the walls. Now these screens weren't showing the evening footy but displaying Windows style screens saver moving graphics cira 1997 style. Yes it was like being on acid, whilst trying to concentrate on eating the spiciest red curry I've ever consumed. Good job I like my chillies and I don't suffer from acid trip flashbacks, or this could have turned out to be the night from hell. Have to say food was rather tasty, but the portions were a little small considering the massively expensive prices £4 for a side of rice, you gotta be having a laugh). I am not sure about this place, whether it's just too dark for me or something else is missing... but I would rate it for some reason 3 rather than 4. It's mainly the dark atmosphere that doesn't make me to come more often, with it's rather posh look. I think I have to come again to make myself clear about its rating. One must agree though, that the food presentation is beautiful! But other than the look of the restaurant and the food I think the food could be comparable to other thai places so here you will mainly pay extra for the look. of us visited for my friend's birthday. We had a sharing starter platter which was great, everyone really enjoyed We waited over an hour for our mains and asked multiple times to be served the main dishes. We were there at and it was quiet when we arrived. People who arrived after us were being served before us The mains arrived and of the dishes were cold. Two of three chicken dishes had warm meat but cold sauce We returned all the food and only paid for the drinks. The staff didn't seem to even care

Nice relaxing atmosphere, good variety of food. Very nice and polite staff. Everything was delicious however main course I had it was a bit too salty for my taste (if not count that, the dish was nice), coconut ice cream was amazing, thank you very much, we will come back again
The lunch menu was amazing although short it had the perfect amount of choice. The welcome on arrival was very friendly and our waiter was very efficient, top notch service. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait to go back again
Superb service and food was delicious. Went for lunch and they had set menu for which includes a choice of appetizer and main course. Value for money. Place is clean too.
