This information was not indicated on the bill, and when we questioned it, they insisted on calling the manager. Keep in mind, we were just a small group of three, including my elderly parents.

I had high hopes for this restaurant because the drinks were delicious and the food had a wonderful aroma. However, after sitting down and waiting over 40 minutes for my meal, I was disappointed when it finally arrived incomplete. I then waited another 20 minutes for white rice that never came. All I could do was sample the appetizers while watching everyone else enjoy their meals. I might consider giving this place another chance, but, for now, it’s one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered dinner and picked it up, but when I got home, the order was wrong. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and when I told the person who answered that my order was incorrect, all she said was that there was an hour wait. I repeated my issue, but she gave me the same response. I was frustrated and hung up. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Additionally, they have moved to the same shopping center as IHOP, and parking is a real headache.
The food here is absolutely delicious! I love the flavors and the smoky, grilled taste of the meat. This has become my go-to restaurant because of its consistently amazing quality and flavor. It offers the best full menu of Colombian food in Long Island, and the interior is gorgeous! I find it far superior to the Colombian restaurant on Old Country Road. While I also enjoy Noches de Colombia for their meats and ambiance, this place remains my top choice.

My coworkers and I often order their lunch specials, which are generally quite good! I particularly love their piña colada; you can really taste the freshness with pieces of pineapple and coconut in it.
