I placed an order via Grubhub and they placed rotten avocados on my order. I 'm not sure what restaurant wouldn 't care about the physical representation of their plate. Further, when I called to request a refund/change they refused and were only willing to deliver a new avocado. This is completely unacceptable and I will never order from them again. There are plenty of other restaurants who actually care and provide good customer service. RESPONSE: Since I cannot reply, no I did not ask for a new avocado. Today, I placed an order in-store, and I'd like to share my experience. When I got home, the food was hot and ready, but my sopecitos de Al pastor were missing the Al pastor meat. Instead, they filled them with pineapples and onions, relying on their presentation skills. Every bite was overly sweet and lacked the meat I was expecting—completely disappointing and soggy. To make matters worse, the agua frescas are priced at $5, while other Mexican restaurants offer the same size for $3 to $3.50. When I called to report the issue, they offered to fix it, but who has time to walk 10 blocks back and forth in this heat? I'm really let down by this experience.
The place is DIRTY? tables are not cleaned after costumers leave, bathroom is disgusting, floor needs to be swept ?! Maybe the manager can get off the cash register and supervise??! That would be a good starting point. The waitresses were friendly but the food was nothing special, not coming back since there are better and cleaner Mexican restaurants in the area.
I've ordered delivery twice. Got the large guacamole and chips and the portion was great! Also got the quesadilla with steak, which had a great steak to cheese ratio and really tasty cheese inside. Also the side salsas are great! I would say the orange is spicier than the green, but both have a great flavor.

My partner and I order from this restaurant about once a week, and we've never been disappointed. The quality is always excellent, the food tastes fresh, and the portion sizes are generous. It's one of the few taquerias in the area that consistently delivers. I would give it a 10 out of 10. Cheers!
My boyfriend took me here because I said I wanted tacos. Apparently he loves this place. I ordered the birria tacos and he got like some soup and rice thing. My food was okay overall. Our server was really nice. The atmosphere was cool too. We enjoyed our lil lunch date overall.
This is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to! The flavors were truly authentic. The service was quick, and the place was very clean. I had the enchiladas de mole, and they were delicious!
The food is absolutely delicious! This is the best dining experience I've had in Jersey City! I'm enjoying every bite! The restrooms could use some upgrades, but it's definitely worth it!
