The food at the restaurant was good, but the service was not up to par. I ordered a dozen empanadas, a dozen bunuelos, a dozen almojavanas, and a dozen pan de Bono. I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the empanadas and pan de Bono, but ended up waiting over an hour. I watched as the waitress served the pan de Bono to people she knew before me, which was not a problem since they were regulars. However, after waiting for an hour, I inquired about my order and was told it was ready, even though they didn't have any pan de Bono left. My husband goes there at least once a week and gets the same thing every single time , somehow he always get charged differently. He asked me to pick up for him and as soon as I walked in the young employee looked mad to be there . I received half the amount of food . There’s something going on here
The soup lacks flavor as they add water to it after cooking. Not very kid-friendly, and not suitable for those with dietary restrictions. It's perplexing why they would dilute the soup with water.
