This Brazilian restaurant could be great if daughter of the owner wasnt there and some of he staff needs some proper training. Only time I had a great time at that restaurant was only when the owner was there, and that was when they just open. Me and my partner love Brazilian food and we drive from far just to pick up food from that place, we try to give a change but the owner daughter she is a pain and very rude, today was example of that. I moved to London in Nov 2022 and, by accident, I've found this place. Surprisingly, the atmosphere caught me out and became a regular customer. Specially, during the weekend where I enjoyed live-music, I love that. Unfortunately, I had to move to the center London and now, I visit this place from time to time. Being a Spanish speaker, perhaps the Portuguese language made their work. Well, if you're still waiting for my feedback about the dishes, let me tell you that was the strawberry on top of the cake...enjoy your time in Sabores.
We ordered some main course and the chicken is over cooked and when we asked if they can change it they can’t do it. And told us we eat it or not we need to pay for that dish. The chef was so rude and can’t cook. Not a good place to have a first experience of Brazilian cuisine. Not recommended. It’s a worst place ever! It’s really embarrassing. Lasagna is very strange as well. The soup is really tasteless. Never gonna come again in this place!!!!
My husband and came all the way from Portsmouth to visit this place. They told us there would be live Samba music, which we were looking forward to. However, that never happened. Just a couple of musicians singing a few Brazilian and English songs. The steak was tough and portions tiny. The order took over an hour to be served and customers who came in after us were served before. The wine was rank...it was even sweet. We won't be going back.

This is for the Bushey branch seeing as you don’t have a trip advisor for it !! Absolutely horrible steak. The chef was outside of the kitchen more than inside. The waitress could only make the 2 cocktails out of all the cocktails on the menu. We were not impressed at all. We go to Brazil frequently and this nothing like the cuisine there ! Not even close We are shocked that this restaurant is even running
Terrible, waste of time The waitress were ALL OF THEM were very rude and unprofessional. Drinks don’t turn up, food takes long time to arrive, VERY LOUD live music, it should a live music for a family not a guitar and pandeiro and even screaming to the person next to you is impossible to hear, PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE, it shamelessly to be called from Brazil
The lady That work at the bar I guess her name it’s Daniela, was so rude, arrogant and sarcastic with us just because we complaint about a piña colada, that just taste like coconut water, the waitress was nice but didn’t speak English at all, there wasn’t a manager, I hope you guys give some trainings to your staff and show them some manners.
I was served by the manager who refused to replace a poorly made drink. She responded angrily, telling me 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR DRINK'. This occurred on the afternoon of Saturday, November 25, 2025.

worst customer service! rude waitresses , avoid!We had a table booked but when arrived it was taken , when we tried to talk with the waitress she just walked away like we were not there .
Having visited Brazil for each of the last 23 years I know a good plate of Picanha when I taste it. The Sabores Picanha was top notch. Parabéns. We’ll definitely be back. Soon!! Thanks
