The quality and service in Sachers are really good. However, what to consider would be the offer on the map in the section Desserts. For the repeated time (approximately 5 times at different times of day) Crème Brûlée was allegedly no longer available on the respective day. Since I've been very happy to visit the Sachers, I've noticed that on every visit. Only a certain amount is generated after operating performance. My suggestion for improvement would therefore be to take Crème Brûlée from the regular card and instead hang a table with a corresponding daily offer depending on the day. I would like to see this proposal.
Christmas celebration of the school college: There is only one star for the ambience! Otherwise, lots of money for the buffet, the dishes seemed to be counted individually, it was also not laid, but only pushed together. The service was bad, so there was no coffee with the hint at 21:00, but the dessert was not served yet! So all very sharp, we did not feel welcome, but very expensive! Next year elsewhere!
In the season it is always well visited here, so the operation took a little longer. The drinks were okay. In addition to the normal premises there is a terrace directly on the water. Especially the location directly on the Trave is perfect here and in beautiful weather you can see many water sportsmen.

We just stopped in on Sunday morning for a coffee and snack. They offer a simple breakfast menu it seems, but we just had cappuccino as they don't offer pastries a la carte. A great view and a nice glassed in space by the trail...and water. Comfy and cozy.

Creative menu. I've glued to salads with super-lecker dresses. In summer the terrace is of course the highlight directly on the canal. The cozy winter garden is now, as far as I know, unfortunately smoker zone, but inside it is also ok.
Sit outside and enjoy the dishes on the canal. In summer, it's number one to end the day. The dishes are excellent and the service is friendly and pleasant. Just look over and enjoy. The reservation is not a must, but safe.
