* HANDY RECOMMENDATIONS* This place was recommended to me by a friend and it is hands down one of the best restaurant to go for Japanese comfort food. We drove from Philly to New Jersey for this restaurant that sits only next to a main street and it was worth it. The interior has a traditional Japanese style, with low ceiling and wood everything. Very cozy. Eat wise, forget the sushi, the gems of this place are their hot foods, dishes that I consider Japanese comfort food that only warms your soul with every bite. It is a very clean, warm, intimate and authentic restaurant. The owner is Japanese, most other workers are from Vietnam Everyone is very polite and attentive to detail! Food very fresh, and place has the most authentic Japanese feeling compared to other spots in the area We left the feeling refreshed: and hope we can return very soon!!!! !

Fantastic! The best Japanese sushi on the east coast, if not in the USA. Gyoza, edamame sushi are mouthwater. The service is spectacular same people for years. One of my favorite restaurants. Perfect BYOB to celebrate an occasion or to start a tradition with this special person.

It is located under a crossing and a wide road. That said the food was amazing. The fish was great. I wish they could get rid of the mildewy smell in the air. I still recommend.

Nice hidden gem for fresh quality sushi. My family and I have been coming for years and it never disappoints. Highly recommend the sashimi bowl or their sushi sets!
