Located in the bustling Erina Fair shopping complex, Say Caffe leans away from intricate baking or heavily sauced dishes and focuses on simple, well-cooked elements presented with care. There’s a certain charm to this approach; I adore that it invites diners to engage with their meal, choosing and mixing ingredients on their own terms and experimenting with flavor combinations. The natural flavors are subtle, and this concept truly works. However, I feel that when they venture outside of this philosophy, things can become overly muted. The dining experience was fantastic, and there are some excellent vegan options available. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that they charge an extra 60 cents for soy milk and an additional dollar for Bonsoy.

I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and opted for gluten-free and vegan options. It arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious! It might be the best cooked vegan breakfast I've ever had!
