I am not a vegan and not a big fan of vegan food, so I didn't have high hopes for this restaurant. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything was. Every dish we tried, including the drinks, was delicious. The menu offered a variety of options, all of which were fantastic. The atmosphere was a bit noisy and the service a bit slow, but I understand it's a new establishment. While it's a bit expensive, the fact that they compost all their food waste and source their ingredients from local farms makes it worth it. Overall, a great new spot, perfect for weekend nights!

I absolutely adored this location. It's a charming small restaurant with exceptional food. Being vegan, I was very pleased with their options. The drinks were also delicious. The only downside was the service. We had to leave our seats to find someone to assist us, and we weren't the only ones. The staff could use improvement in their service skills.

Sage Plant Based Bistro never disappoints! The food is always amazing, it comes out quickly, and fresh. The food rejuvenates my body and I feel good after! The service is always amazing and I love there music selection as well! My husband and I have introduced several of our family members and friends to Sage, that's how much we love it!!!

Sage Bistro has always been a personal favorite among myself and friends. They have great food and ambience at any hour. Today was a stop for brunch and everything was absolutely amazing. Our server was upbeat and accommodating offering ?secret? off-menu drinks. For anyone who eats vegan, this is the place visit.
