This place does not look inviting (it has a grimy old shopfront) and I would not have gone inside had I not been with a friend who recommended it. This friend is a vegetarian on a tight budget and had found the food tasty. So we tried three vegie dishes with bread and they were truly tasty (in that heavy, creamy/oily style). Table service is OK, although staff are also selling takeaways at the front counter and have little time for niceties.One disconcerting incident occurred while we were there. A young woman came in complaining about prior service and wanting a refund. The proprietor raised her voice and ordered the complainer out. I don't know which party was in the right, but the inciden...
The vindaloo was extremely salty and the butter sauce was very watery. The quality of the meat was good, but the sauces were disappointing. The delivery service was great, but I would hesitate to order again if they cannot provide a better sauce for the vindaloo. The dish was not spicy as expected, which was a letdown.

Me with my wife had a very bad experience possibly the worst customer care from the owner lady who is in her 50 needs to learn how to behave with customers, moreover the POKKODA that I brought from the restaurant was smelly. Would not ever go there again.

Doesn't look like much at all from the outside or in (in fact looks exactly like you would find a restaurant in India!!) - the dosa are truly excellent and the bhel puri was to die for - definitely going again...
This small restaurant offers great indian dishes. They offer several South Indian delicacies like Dosas. I was very happy with the Paper Masala Dosa. Many snacks too are available
Cheap, quality food and friendly staff. I just had the tofu and capsicum with rice, five dollars for take away. Nice combination of flavours. BYO, too!
Got takeaway and had 3 different dishes with rice and some nann, the food was fresh and very tasty, will be back if I'm in the area
