Reception was very nice! Room spacious and clean! In the evening in the bar before the night dinner 1 service specialist for all guests, long waiting times with us it was not possible (6 people) to take a joint apero together. During the booking, gluten and lactose allergies as well as the menu selection were specified, which we had to pay in writing on arrival and the allergies had explicitly listed, the gluten-free bread had to be ordered especially new during dinner as breakfast. (time 20 minutes) The staff was not informed that the special bread had to be asked at breakfast, was the head of the buffet and also gave the answer first to see if it had the gluten-free bread. The hotel has a spectacular location, the view from the balcony extends to the Alps.The kitchen is very good and the staff attentive and very friendly. I find the green button in the room with which you can do without room cleaning for the next day.Small suggestion: a small coffee machine in the room would be great to enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with a coffee before breakfast.But all around I can only say that the Saigerhöh is definitely highly recommended!!!

In this hotel you feel like a king as a guest. The food was fabulous. The view from the room is simply a hammer. Unfortunately, all the spa employees were sick during our stay and we had no massage: a reason to come back another time;

no table get in an empty restaurant for 2 pieces cake without any reason. The most unfriendly and arrogant service (female) we have ever experienced.The hotel cannot be recommended in any case with such staff!
