We were greeted very warmly and everything worked wonderfully even when booking. Then there was a welcome drink first. We had a double room deluxe with a fantastic view. I had booked the romance package with roses, prosecco and chocolates. Very recommended.The new spa part with the indoor pool is extremely beautiful. Unfortunately it was a bit too hot in the room. We were then in the other part at the outdoor pool because it was more pleasant there with the temperatures.The sauna area is unfortunately old, not modern and we did not find beautiful. For this, the outdoor pool is a real highlight. There are also beds out there. You could order drinks to the pool from 14.00. I also made a QR cod...
On the way, I must say that I was not in the hotel and did not claim any services. The hotel happened to me when I went over the Saigerhöhen. The hotel is wonderfully located near the beautiful forest. Just a few steps and you are surrounded by a beautiful spruce and fir forest. From here you can start a great hiking tour without any problems. If my time is allowed, I will also test and evaluate the hotel from the inside
A very spacious hotel with huge areas, all very clean and well maintained. Food was good, but unfortunately not excellent. Bad we found that there was no way to get fresh towels in the wellness area and that our visit to the fitness room was closed. The staff was very nice and endeavored, but we had the feeling that there is a lack of personnel here too. But there is better and for a foursome it is too little.
The hotel is superb and offers beautiful rooms and facilities (interexter pool, spa, sauna, steam room) The reception is local to not say rustre. The (cosmopolitan) service is correct. The restaurant is medium, the breakfast buffet is well provided. We don't speak French, just English. We regret the lack of effort in this sense, even menu cards are in a single language.
