We arrived at 8:45. It (very unusually) was a terrible evening in Montauroux. The restaurant was almost full and the host very obligingly moved a couple of tables to get our group of 5 in. Everything thereafter was very slow. Our main courses arrived at 10:45, 2 hours later despite a couple of ‘ food will be with you in 2 mins’ over a 30 min period. The food was average. The rice for our main courses came almost 10 mins before the hot dishes. My wife really liked her cashew nut chicken but all 4 others said their chicken was rubbery and meal average to me the chicken was reheated.
