As a vegan it's hard to find good vegan pho and I can tell you that if their meat based pho is anything like their meatless version you can say that you have died and gone to Heaven. There is literally 3 full servings per bowl of total delish. It is FULL of fresh veggies, the broth is outstanding and there's lots of mods you can make (extra thai basil, extra limes, etc. you can make to create your fave version of pho. The veg version of the baguette is packed with ingredients like no other version that I have had on my travels from St. Pete to Charlotte, NC. Get it toasted as the juices soak into the bread. This place is a must go. I’ll tell you why later but first I have a few recommendations for food first the pad Thai is absolutely amazing with a sweetish sauce and crumbled peanuts to the side the pho was also very nice and fresh and had a vegetarian option but it also had a huge quantity. The restroom was very clean and had a painting on the wall the toilet was spotless. Another thing would be that the place itself was very nice for photos and it had a foosball table that the staff was kind enough to let us use. Lastly the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and fluent in English. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone.

My family and I love coming here. It’s always a nice and chill place to hang out.. my child loves playing foosball while we wait for the food. I’ve tried different phos around and we always prefer this location. The filet mignon pho is very tasty and they serve a decent size. I’ve also tired the pork baguette once. It was very good. The bobas are also really good here, specially the creme brulee. Fast service Definitely recommend this place.

The food was mediocre at best; the fried fish cakes were over cooked, tasting as though it was it made way ahead of time and served stale. The milk teas were made from a lower quality powder, tasting distinctly grainy. They charged 20% tips automatically for poor service. We weren't waited on- we went up to a counter to order and pay. We've had the Pork Baguette, Beef, Fish Cake, and Special baguettes in as many visits. We've also had the egg rolls and Crab Rangoon..........this far never had a bad meal from here and we make a point to go whenever we're on that end of town. Highly recommend

Delicious and fresh ..good food and good portion .I like the House Special PHO.The drink is awesome too.I like Saigon by Day drink. I also tried the special combination banh mi..vietnamese sandwiches..oishi desuka. I like the food here .

My whole family came in starving and was delighted by the large selection of options that this restaurant has to offer. The atmosphere is magnificent as well as the food. This is a MUST in you’re in Florida.

Saigon Baguette and Pho offers amazing pho and banh mi! The flavors are incredible and always satisfying. Love this place for its delicious food!
