Saigon was one of my favorite restaurants before I was vegan. I love to know that they have a separate vegetarian section on their that can be made easily vegan. Your Pho is delicious and perfect on cold days.

The shrimp and wonton soup was an amazing serving size with plenty of veggies. Pork vermicelli is always a home run.
