Since it’s a Vietnamese restaurant known for its Pho, I expected to find plenty of dipping saucers for mixing Hoisin and Sriracha. However, each table only had one or two saucers—what’s up with that? This is a gem of a family restaurant that is called Saigon Noodle Grill. After a long day of work this restaurant had caught my eye from across the street and eating here was one of the best decisions of my life! The staff are friendly and cordial : I wished I was able to actually sit down to eat in this restaurant, but I couldn't because of all this COVID nonsense. The owners of this place are a sweet married couple! I randomly stopped by, not having any idea that they were already closed since the door was open. As soon as I grabbed the menu to select what I wanted to eat I noticed a beautiful woman in the back kitchen while her husband walked after me saying it was already closed. I apologized and immediately told them I'll come back next time. Within seconds the couple exchange a few words with one another in their foreign language , smiled and said that it was an hour passed their closing time but they were willing to attend me. This place looked decent, however most of their food didn't taste as good as it should. Their spring rolls only had shrimp, lettuce, and just noodles. Kinda disappointed. I'm pescatarian and the options were super limited, which I don't mind, but I feel like if the spring roll isn't good, the food wouldn't be good at all. And it looked like someone dropped the food or something when you look closely. The guy who took my order was very nice tho, only good thing tbh.

GOOD FOOD SERVICES! The food and service are good. I would give 5 stars if it is NOT cheapened by substituting Vietnamese Vegi to celery. I expected Vietnamese food should be AUTHENTIC to use only Vietnamese Vegi NOT celery.
This spot constantly delivers. They serve awesome dishes for fair rates, there is no waiting time even when the spot is packed.
My dad's favorite spot for bun bo hue! It's only $11 and comes loaded with plenty of meat, pig's blood, and pig trotter.
The bún riêu is absolutely delicious! You definitely have to order the chicken wings as well.
