For me the best pizza from the Popes' enclave. The dough is beautiful, fine, crispy, well swollen on the edges and especially well cooked what is rare. The trims I tried are very good, well-backed, not too salted just excellent. I'm not talking about the warm welcome, it's good to spend his money there.
