I can't put less and it's a shame, service much too long, quality, food, I can't say, because there is no quality, fried fish, flavorless, tasteless, veal escalope marsala, meat taken out of the freezer, mushrooms in cans, frozen fries green beans ditto and a little extra on the plate that I hadn't ordered, which means that the plates were set up near the trash can or not far away, my partner's false fillet, exactly the same bases, frozen meat, fried potatoes, we are still waiting for them, hazelnut ice cream with a mint flavor and very poor quality vanilla. I didn't try the gourmet coffee. Quick purchases at métro and especially at the first price. Restaurant to escape, 1h30 for M.... and €46.80. This is the worst establishment I have ever eaten at. In almost 2 hours, only 2 place settings and 4 pizzas were taken away, here is the death of an establishment where before you had to wait for a table. To say that with the previous owners I took great pleasure in this establishment.
Hello everyone, After eating at the Sainte Thérèse restaurant, I come to tell you my experience. We reserved a table of 5 people for 12:30 p.m. and didn't leave until 3:50 p.m. After being served aperitifs which we had late, we waited 40 minutes for the starters then 1 hour for the main courses. For 2 pizzas 15 minutes after two escalopes cooked and recooked, which was unpleasant for us. And a rump steak with warm gorgonzola sauce. We are not the only ones to have had a bad experience: a table of 3 people finished the meal for two, because in 2 hours he had only had the starters and unfortunately one of the three had to leave. After the meal we asked for the bill, which did not take 1 hour to arrive unlike the dishes ordered. We saw no commercial gesture coming from the owners who were in the know from A to Z. No coffee offered, no reduction to apologize for the endless wait. We will not return immediately for fear of being disappointed with the service again. Sincerely
The Italian tartare is expensive 15.50 and unfortunately there are not all the ingredients promised on the menu... No parmesan shavings, no red onions and no capers or tartar sauce or Tabasco... just black olives cut into slices, ketchup, mayo, and anchovies in pieces and an egg yolk. Unfortunately when I pointed this out to the waitress... She replied not very friendly that it was my fault and that I should just say it first...
Order placed on Ubeteats, validated by the restaurant. 30 minutes later, this restaurant refuses to give the order to the delivery person. So I have the restaurant on the phone telling me: too many orders, we can 't do yours . Rude person on the phone who didn 't even bother to cancel this order or apologize. As a result, I was charged and am still waiting for a refund. Thank you Sainte-Thérèse!! Never again.
