new visit, this time dinner on the terrace, beautiful realization of all dishes. well crispy veal ris, a tomato-based entry with an explosion of flavors. dessert very good, fishing was a little generosity. I stay on the 4 stars because the price of some wines has been flambéed, some bottles have been taken €10.00 in 2 months, the cut of the louise cuvée has passed from €18 to €26. First opinion: rather not bad in general. the restaurant entrance is not very well indicated. The veal ris was not really crunchy as stipulated in the menu. From chocolate to dessert quite average to my taste. generous plate of cheese. Very nice wine card. Champagne cuvée louise to the top. long-lasting cut.
A refined setting, a smiling and careful service that can take care of you throughout your meal. Indeed everything is absolutely perfect, the plates are worked with justness, talent and a lot of care. Meat and wine agreements are thought out and delightfully well agreed with the many dishes served. I particularly thank the team in the kitchen and the Chef for having adapted to my vegetarian diet with as much taste and flexibility. Bravo to the whole team, don't let go of your knowledge and your requirement, which makes this moment so magical alongside you.
excellent moment at the lively castle where we have feasted with the family of the absolutely exquisite gourmet menu, delicate, with touches of originality well brought in each dish. Texture and flavour games and a 3* dress as you do not often see in starred establishments. all with a service that is both irreproachable, very effective, and very friendly and warm. bravo and thank you to the chief, mof, who even had the kindness of inviting our children into the kitchen that could see the scenes, make a photo with him, and come back with the white:
I had the pleasure of coming for my birthday. The setting was beautiful, the decor, the dishes everything is perfectly assembled and gives a chic and warm atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and smiling, in small care. As for the kitchen... it was divine. The meal and wine agreement was very good, each wine raises the dishes and gives another experience to the plate that you enjoy. It won’t be the last time I come to this restaurant, I can’t come often but one thing is certain that I will not forget my 35 years. Thank you very much!
