for our New Year's Eve, we ordered a wide variety of caroline specialties that we wanted to introduce to our guests. They were conquered by so much freshness: salmon and shells were succulent. It was also very beautiful and a real enchantment for our taste buds. Champagne was perfectly in harmony with these beautiful products. Our guests warmly thanked us. It's likely that we'll make a new order before they leave. Good excuse to please us. Thanks to caroline to bring so much happiness in our plates.

I took makis thon, californian salmon and sushi fish of the day (dorade that day); I was accustomed to the Japanese Parisian restaurants but there I discovered the freshness of products worked on the moment: incomparable! not easy to find good addresses to take off season, I recommend!!
