I’ve been coming here since they first opened some years ago. While the atmosphere has changed (all Asian servers to all white servers), the top notch quality of food has not changed. I’ve eaten here at all times of day, all days of the week. It is always consistently good. In fact it is the only sushi place I trust and will eat in Syracuse. I recommend it to everybody. The tuna tar tar is my favorite. Spectacular Philly roll. Their pad Thai is great. Hibachi is good. This place has never let me down. Give it a try, with an open mind, and remember you are in upstate New York, not very close to a coast. They do a GREAT job.
My group went to celebrate four birthdays on October 4th. There were 13 of us, and one person had a shellfish allergy, which the restaurant handled well. The night turned out to be quite eventful, as the power went out right after our chef finished cleaning his station. However, we all had a great time. The manager was excellent. Each birthday person received deep-fried Oreos and music. It was a memorable evening filled with fond memories. The service for dining in was exceptional.

The restaurant could use some improvement in cleanliness as the floors were sticky. The waitress appeared to be slow, possibly because she was also tending the bar. Service was for dining in during dinner, with an estimated price range of $50-100 per person.

Takeout order was not good tonight. Rice was not sticky and the rolls fell apart. We couldn’t pick them up and eat them. Ended up a pile of rice and fish and seaweed. Very poor. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2
The food is delicious and the server is attentive. The lunch specials have large portions and are great. The service, atmosphere, and food are all rated a 5 out of 5. The price per person is between $10 and $20 for a dine-in meal.
