Just like many others and as a local, the reviews are correct about wait times. This business must not thrive off financial need rather than preference of their time in general. We placed a phone order with two separate bills, was told two different wait times. Understood as one order would come first, but it was a 45 min difference. We have ordered before and are aware they quote the wait time and regardless when you arrive it’s never ready. I’m only writing this review because it was more of a poor customer service when we arrived. We showed up for the first order after the 45 mins knowing it would be a bit later and thought to have a beverage while we wait, mind you it’s a very larger ord...
This is a great little restaurant. Due to Covid, the sushi bar is closed so you can only order sushi at your table. The quality is good, with some portions being a nice size and others too small. I don't understand this inconsistency. The prices are fair for what you receive. The service is good and friendly. I recommend they reopen the sushi bar as it adds to the fun of watching your order being made. Overall, I highly recommend this small, pleasant mom-and-pop sushi restaurant for a quaint dining experience.
To begin with, the service is on par with what you would expect for a $5.99 salmon roll, but the quality of the salmon roll exceeded my expectations. All of the sushi dishes were flavorful and came in generous portions. Despite multiple tables ordering at once, the staff made sure each table received at least one roll promptly, allowing everyone to start their meal together. It's also a bonus to know I am supporting a local business. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant as my top choice for sushi.
My husband and I had been wanting to try out this Japanese restaurant for a while, and we were fortunate enough to finally have dinner there tonight. The food was amazing - flavorful and delicious. The restaurant interior was clean and well-designed. Despite a slight delay in getting our food, we were very happy with the attentive and polite service from the staff. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Went there today and it was pretty okay. The quality was alright but they charge on every thing. They even charge for WATER. The waitress was really rude and when I asked what does the bento combo come with all she said was “just order from the menu”. She seemed and acted like I was bugging her when the resturant was empty and only a small family of 3 was in there with me. Not going back.

Whether it was the teriyaki or fried meats, all was overcooked and served room temp. Same goes for the mixed tempura. I don't plan to visit this place again because it's not worth it. There are other places nearby to revisit.Food: 1/5
At first glance, this sushi restaurant may seem like a hole in the wall, but once you step inside, you are transported to Japan with traditional tapestries adorning the walls.

Ordered takeout and gave us a 45 minute window, show up to pick up order and they don't have it ready. It looks like they started making the order once I arrived.
I used to go there all the time; love the sushi from here.
