This is a very large restaurant, evidently catering for large numbers of customers , none of whom it would appear have any idea about what Japanese food is and how it should be served! The premises itself is everything that a good Japanese restaurant should...not be, dark wood, gloomy atmosphere and definitely not clean, crisp and tidy as a Japanese restaurant should always be. Sushi, as a culinary art has come extensively into the European cuisine in recent years, or should I say a poor relation to sushi in most instances? The sushi here definitely comes into that category, poorly executed and looking very sad! However , with the grilled' items there is nothing even coming close to Japanese style. All the fish offerings had that just defrosted limpness' and rather than being grilled appeared to be shallow fried in stale or very poor oil which totally obscured any possible flavour that the fish may have had : likewise any battered items. Fried foods with delicate flavours need quality very lightly flavoured , but above all FRESH frying oil! It's the nearest sushi restaurant to where I live but I shall not be going back there in a hurry!

We visited this restaurant about years ago and were not really very impressed but decided to give it another try! I wish we hadn't; if anything it has declined even more both in its overall scruffiness and also the quality of the sushi! Furthermore..., although it bills itself as all you can eat at a fixed price , beware, there are many many items for which attract a hefty supplement which means you leave with a much higher bill than you'd bargained for. Eating here is still not a particularly rewarding experience!

Nice place and the all you can eat concept for a head is a good idea. The sushi was a bit dry, the service variable and they forgot a few of our orders in the crazy, self-service system if theirs. That said, we ate...a lot and it was mostly nice. Popular place, we ate outside and it was nice and relaxed.

Im a big sushi fan and worked in the industrie for some years. Based on that I must say the quality was disappointing. Fish was not ultra fresh and the portion not so good made. Had the feeling it was not freshly made on the...spot. Not a restaurant I would return.

We visited this restaurant with friends cause we all liked this kind of food.In very good price you could choose from the buffet and order in the same price extra dishes with food. Very good service and tasty food. If you are near by...i recommend to visi it
