This is definitely my favorite sushi spot. I typically choose Kotobuki for special occasions because I like to go all out when I order food from there. Recently, I've been getting delivery, which is a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I usually order the sushi and sashimi platter, specifically the one meant for two. The only downside to delivery is that it doesn't include their soup and salad or their fantastic fried oysters. When I visit in person, the staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve taken my somewhat picky parents there, and they always leave very satisfied, particularly because they love the ramen they serve.
For sushi enthusiasts, Kotobuki is a must-visit. The sushi is consistently fresh, and they offer the best spicy mayo you’ll find anywhere. I invite you to fall in love with this charming spot. Make sure to arrive early, as it tends to fill up quickly—you won’t be disappointed!
This is definitely my favorite sushi spot in Babylon Village. While the service can be a bit slow, the food is so delicious that you barely notice the wait. I ordered the skirt shrimp and the beef bento box, and it was fantastic. Overall, I’d give it a score of 91 out of 100.
Best sushi in NY. I got a Spicy Tuna, Dragon, and a California roll. If you are a tourist from another state, go right here! The sushi tastes awesome and is made to perfection.

Ordered meal off seamless. Food tasted good enough. The experience of doning in is worth it. Have been to hauppauge location before. Pricey
